Jason_Graae-3Jason Graae recently premiered his acclaimed new show “It’s a Graae Night For Singing!”, to sold out audiences in LA and at 54 Below in NYC. For his Cabaret acts, Jason has won 4 Bistro Awards and 2 NY Nightlife Awards, one for his duo show with Faith Prince. His Broadway credits include Falsettos, A Grand Night For Singing, Stardust, and of course, Do Black Patent Leather Shoes Really Reflect Up? Off- Broadway shows include Hello Muddah, Hello, Fadduh, for which he was nominated for a Drama Desk Award, Forever Plaid, ( original Sparky), Snoopy!, Olympus On My Mind, Spamilton, All in the Timing and oh so many more. He made his Metropolitan Opera House debut as the male vocalist in Twyla Tharp’s Everlast with American Ballet Theatre, and has 7 Merry Widows and 4 Die Fledermice under his belt with such opera companies as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, New Orleans, Michigan Opera Theatre and Manhattan School of Music. Also in LA, he was featured at the Hollywood Bowl as Bennie in Guys and Dolls, and Marcellus in The Music Man. Yes, Jason did sing Shipoopee in The Bowl. He won the L.A. Drama Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Contribution to Musical Theatre. In San Francisco, Jason originated the TITULAR role in Scrooge in Love at 42nd Street Moon, winning the Theatre Bay Area Award for Best Actor.

get-attachment-14TV credits include Chad in Rude Awakening, Dennis on Six Feet Under, and many guest starring roles on Friends, Frasier, Sabrina, Caroline in the City, Living Single, Providence, etc. and for 5 years he was the voice of Lucky for Lucky Charms Cereal. He has been guest soloist twice on Evening at Pops on PBS, and was featured on the Jerry Herman doc, Words and Music, also for PBS. Movies include Home on the Range, Dukes of Hazzard in Hollywood, On Edge, Gepetto and not much else really.
